The V60 Pour Over is a very popular brewing method within the specialty coffee industry for producing filtered coffee. The Japenese company Hario is a leader in producing equipment for the filtered coffee space.

The V60 Pour Over gets its name from the angle of the coffee dippers. A filter is placed into the coffee dripper above a cup or cup server. Ground coffee is then placed into the filter with boiling water poured over the grounds. Water is to be stocked up slowly and regularly to allow for a rich, full-bodied extraction over 3-4 minutes.
